Katherikkai is one of our favourite side dishes which is why we MUST offer it here!
The spice mixture is the flavour carrier for a fresh eggplant sambal.
We like to eat this side dish with rice, bread or simply with fish or meat. The eggplant can of course be replaced with any other vegetable, e.g. onions or fennel.
