Our sweet and spicy onion sambal is traditionally eaten with bread or roti for breakfast in Jaffna.
Similar to an Indian onion chutney, it goes well with many dishes, such as burgers, rice, a little finishing touch on a boiled egg, for example, or simply with cheese.
Our Seeni Sambal is cooked ready to eat and only needs to be heated briefly for the best taste experience.
